Sheet Metal
Our CNC machining setup comprises a CNC Milling machine, a CNC Lathe, a CNC Double-Column machining center, and a rotary axis with a 360-degree automatic head. The CNC milling machine precisely shapes workpieces to intricate specifications, while the CNC lathe efficiently produces cylindrical components with accuracy. The double-column CNC machining center offers stability and precision for various machining tasks, including complex and multi-axis operations. Machining
Our laser tube fabrication entails the use of specialized welding methods and precision CNC machining. Welding techniques are carefully applied to guarantee the stability and resilience of the laser tube, mitigating any potential deformation or size discrepancies. Concurrently, CNC machining, such as milling and drilling, is employed to achieve exacting dimensions and intricate shapes required for the customized and precise table. This fusion of expert welding and CNC machining enables us to deliver laser tube systems and bespoke tables that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

HSG LASER HS-G3015C

Our advanced laser cutting services, powered by our HSG Laser Machine with a 1.5kW IPG-YLR-K laser source, deliver precise and efficient cutting solutions. With a generous processing area and high-speed capabilities, we can handle a wide range of materials with accuracy and reliability. Our IPG Fiber Laser ensures clean cuts on mild steel up to 15mm thick, stainless steel up to 8mm thick, and aluminum up to 6mm thick. ERMAKSAN POWER BEND PRO

Our state-of-the-art hydraulic press brake machine designed to deliver precise and efficient metal bending solutions. With a bending power of 135 tons and a bending length of 3100mm, this machine offers versatility to handle various metal thicknesses and project sizes. Equipped with an 11kW motor power and a spacious distance of 2600mm between columns, it ensures stable and flexible bending operations. The machine features a DELEM DA 52 controller for precise control and programmability, optimizing bending processes for accurate and repeatable results.

DMTG VDLS 1300 CNC Vertical Machining Center

With a worktable size of 1300mm x 560mm and a spindle speed of 12000 rpm, this machine offers precision and efficiency. Controlled by a Fanuc 0I Mf(5) CNC controller, it ensures accurate operation with a processing precision of 0.008mm. The X/Y/Z-axis travel of 1290mm x 580mm x 620mm enables versatility in machining various workpieces.
